Making an appointment

 When you feel it's time to arrange a funeral for a family member or friend, it's important to make an appointment with us. 

If the deceased had a funeral plan in place, we can take care of everything. In case there was no plan, don't worry, we'll guide you through the process step by step. 

Here's how we work:  First, call us to make an appointment. If we have your loved one in our care, we'll call you to confirm that you're ready to come and see us. Alternatively, we can come to your home.  

At the appointment, we'll ask you some questions about the deceased and yourself. If you're calling on behalf of someone, we'll need their details too. Rest assured, all personal information is kept safe and protected by GDPR.

Once we have the necessary details, we can start completing the relevant paperwork on your behalf.  During the arrangement, we'll ask for your input on details such as coffin styles, floral designs, cars, dates, and times. Don't hesitate to ask any questions or share your concerns with us.  

The initial arrangements are flexible, so if you need to make changes later on, we're more than happy to help you either over the phone or in person.  Our phone lines and email are available 24/7, so you can contact us anytime with questions or worries.
